$244,000 Median for a condo, down $10,000 from last year.
$3,000 Year’s cheapest home sale. It was an as-is manufactured home.
$11.28 million Year’s priciest home, sold in Hunt’s Point.
$1.16 billion State excise-tax revenue from home sales.
16,640 Number of sales closed, though Sellers accepted 23,223 offers.
