You want to know the truth? Then you came to the right place. My primary motivation for joining the real estate profession was to bring positive changes and transparency to an industry which is so vital to our economy. In fact, studies show every home sale creates one new job and contributes on average $60,000 to the local community!
I established my real estate practice in 2004, focusing on first time home buyers in a market where representing sellers was vastly more popular. I am as passionate today as ever before about buyers, especially first-timers, needing a strong, well educated advocate and advisor to represent their best interests when engaging in the single largest purchase of their lifetime.
Over the years I’ve helped dozens of people become homeowners. In 2007 I began teaching home buyer classes on a monthly basis to better serve our community, industry and clients. My practice also encompasses listing/marketing, relocation and distressed property services. No matter what the circumstance, I tailor my approach to ensuring my clients’ unique needs are successfully met throughout the process.
